Warranty Claims Policy
From all of us at Riggers Workwear we hope that you find our garments and footwear to be the perfect investment in your working life.
Every Riggers Workwear, Riggers Footwear & Progard product is built to withstand the rigors of professional use and come complete with a comprehensive warranty.
Should you have a warranty issue, we recommend you contact us on 1300 363 844 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then work with you to deal with the claim in a timely and professional manner. All claims are dealt with on a priority basis, and we will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items. No warranty claims will be processed without a copy of your receipt.
Before arranging the claim, please clean your product before returning it to us to assist in speeding up the review process. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the Riggers Workwear warranty.
Once your warranty claim has been approved and you have received a valid RMA number, please send your Riggers or Progard product needing warranty attention or repair to:

Postage of all products will be at the customer's expense. There will also be a charge for repairs not covered by the warranty, for which you will be notified of the amount prior to any work being started. Proof of Purchase must be presented when making any warranty claims with all Riggers Workwear products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Once the claim has been approved and dealt with, Workwear Industries will return the product to your address without delay using our nominated freight partner and at our expense.
